Congratulations to our school website and our school web curator Ms. Kara Armstrong. The Dogwood website was named one of three 2018 FCPS Best Elementary School Websites at this year's Web Curator's Conference.

Below is the write-up that was read as Ms. Armstrong received her award.

Curator Kara Armstrong is credited with making the Dogwood website welcoming and informative; it now includes names and photos of teachers, a page about the early childhood program, and a page about the primary years program. The school has seen increased attendance and interest by parents due to Ms. Armstrong’s efforts to communicate with parents through the website and with the News You Choose newsletter and social media.
